1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Receipt: A valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.) must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Perishable goods.
- Custom or personalized items.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:
1. Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer service team at return@juljulia.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Receive Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
3. Ship the Item: Carefully pack the item(s) and include the RAN. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original method of payment. Please note:
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error).

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact our customer service team at refund@juljulia.com.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:
1. Check Bank Account: Check your bank account again.
2. Contact Credit Card Company: It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Bank Processing Time: There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
4. Contact Us: If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at refund@juljulia.com.
